404 Wugga Wugga

A reader on Cargo Culture and the Bloggs Family. A reader on hacker-jargon, tech-jargon and other re-written short stories. The reader's elements includes: New economics, hype lifestyle, techno-utopianism, the Jargon File's humorous entries and excerpts out of the "the Hacker Crackdown" written by Bruce Sterling. 404 wugga wugga was made with in mind to work out different ideas of designing "documentaries" and readers related to on-line communities, their specific languages, and in the broadest sense: research focused on electronic text. The documentaries called (hi)stories of computer science, are re-collected and re-written scenarios on the correlation between popular culture, comic and game culture, the history of computer science and network communities. Shortly: collections of everything that is found interesting in the (social) ramifications of the networked world.
