SSL & LUES - The Urban Borderline Research Database

SSL & LUES 1
The Urban Borderline Research Database. SSL stands for Superfluous Studies Laboratory or LUES - Labor fuer ueberfluessige Studien. The SSL & LUES web journal is mainly a collective workspace. Also a think tank (on a project), a notebook, a log file, an info sphere, and a central space for depository. A research database, a collection of places and displacements (in space) and changes (in time) by Sabine von Fischer and Claudia Hardi. In these logs local and foreign points of view are visualized. Notes remembered, re-written, re-collected, and re-visited. "writing through", "writing out" - whether this is a note, a text, an essay, an image or something entirely different. Creating alltogether a multitude of relationships and new emergent layers.

SSL & LUES 2
The Interest of SSL & LUES is to develop an experimental and flexible platform for urban, cultural and structural recordings. A platform for international studies and exchange of cultural affairs, relating to the urban environment and other topics. A platform for collaboratives.
